I only play unrated so dw im not doing this to be toxic, phoenix has been working well for me, are there others?

I need help improving

My aim is really bad like that of a silver. I have gotten to plat from silver without improving my aim at all bc i just have decent game sense but now i cant keep with with plats. How can i improve my aim now?
