Now hear me out, but it cant be omen unless neon and omen are super closely related. they just wouldn't make his figure that big. The figure also seems to have some sort of shield and some sword-looking shapes around them. (the swords could just be an effect and not swords). any thoughts?
This is a lot like the dish from fracture being in the kayo art, so it might also be a map teaser?

Mature contents settings OCE
When is OCE gonna get matures contents option, lets be real seeing blood is kinda useful for wallbangs bc you can see the blood even if u dont get headshot unlike other settings where u dont see bodyshot effects through walls.
