In a 2v1 retake situation, who should lead into the bombsite?

The lower HP Agent should lead, and although his chances of killing the Attacker is lower, the higher HP Agent can trade him because his location is revealed.

The higher HP Agent should lead because the higher HP Agent has a higher chance of killing the Attacker, and if not, the lower HP Agent can trade.
