Imagine like you somehow have connections with the agents. You confess your feelings to them but they have to reject you. How would they do it and why?

Can't use ghost

I just don't seem to be able to get any kills from ghost. I either hit all body shots(like 2 or 3 shots that do 60 or 90 damage) or if i aim at head level none of shots connect. Need some advice
