Hi, i want to start playing valorant, and i am curious. Is the game worth getting into? what is the state of the game right now ? is it going in the right direction or going downhill

The valorant lfg discord isn't really effective for me. At least the Pacific side of things. I even tried to just randomly stay in a vc, but everyone that joined are from other regions. Is there an easier way to find parties?
