Would mostly fix the bot issue, queue ban avoiding issue, smurfing issue, and cheating issues.

I'm sorry but you shouldn't be allowed to have two competitive accounts, that defeats the purpose and destroys competitive integrity.

I think anyone who plays competitive can agree with this mentality: I'm okay with losing a fair game, I'm not okay with going into a game I have zero chance of winning.
