Any SEA players getting a huge sustained lag spike? Is something amiss with the servers this patch?

I’m a player who plays in the SEA region. I live in Hong Kong and only play on HK1 and HK2 servers.
I am blessed with 12-16 ping religiously. It never goes up, I never have spikes, I have 1gb internet, all is well with the world....

Hello,
I asked the riot support a week ago after making a thread where people told me you just need a single small triangle so one win to get the rank buddy at the end of the episode but you actually need 9
