I swear I've never seen cheaters in this game up until the past few weeks, and whenever I do see them there's never a red screen. I've gotten confirmation they got banned after the fact, but that doesn't stop me losing RR to a dude with 800ACS on the other team. Is the game just screwed now that people are bypassing anti cheat long enough to carry their shitty friends to free wins and then getting a new account? And how has Riot not made it so you get reimbursed RR when there's a blatant cheater in your game and they get banned right after you lose to them...
