I have been playing this game for almost a year now and I'm always hard stuck on bronze 1 - 3 every act. My friends and other people I have met in the game say my playstyle is not for bronze anymore, and every time I play competitive, most of the time there the entire enemy team is smurf and sometimes squad together. I know Riot increased to LVL 20 but I think Riot should do more to combat this situation. What do you guys think? Should "SMURFING" be a form of cheating as it destroys the match fairly?
