Why does bronze in Valorant feel as competitive as gold/plat in other games?

Mind you, I've only been playing the game for roughly a couple of months or so, but it really feels like the competition in even bronze is just insane sometimes. I'm talking about players that are already jiggle peeking, getting an easy 3 or 4k with a Sheriff in the pistol round (all headshots, no less), performing flick shots like it's as natural as breathing, prefiring corners, etc. There are also the guys that immediately grab the op and literally never whiff, lol.

They'll just keep taking down one after another while holding main/long. That or they pick Chamber and always hit their ult shots. Regardless, it's absolutely insane to me how some of these players play and feels like I wouldn't see this level of gameplay until gold or plat in other FPS games.

I know Valorant has a higher skill ceiling than most FPS games (aside from CSGO anyway), but yeah... Am I going crazy here or what? The ridiculous accuracy from some of these players just makes me question how they're even stuck in bronze, that's all, lol.
