I know I have seen this before, but just want to bring it up again so people realize how annoying and stupid of a problem this is. We had a teammate chat banned in ranked and he invited us to his party. We join so we could com and after we lost the first two rounds, he flamed all of us and we all realized why he was chat banned. So we left the party and commed between only 4 of us. It is just dumb that chat banned players can que for ranked and hurt everyone else on their team. Their punishment should also be they can't play ranked or they cannot play at all. I just do not understand why Riot thinks this is a great punishment idea for not only the player, but the entire team they get put with.
