Sometimes I need to change a settings or maybe I want to change my crosshair. Why make me do it with the few seconds I have before the round starts? Why not let me do something while I wait for people to pick their agents.

Crosshair placement
I have a good k/d and good sim trainer and I use killjoy but I have terrible Crosshair placement and tips to help me with that?
