Why do a couple agents have Latin "theme text" when their language isn't?

The inconsistency of this has been a pet peeve basically as soon as I was cognisant of this design cue. I'm no linguist, and I don't find it "offensive" (helps that they got my mother tongue right), but I do always find it a bit ironic when companies stress diversity and then make easy misses like this... or am I missing something? Is there a reason why these agents should have their name in Latin?

For those that are curious, this is how the names would read if made consistent:

Sova is already Russian (for owl) and would read "Сова" in Cyrillic.

Harbor would probably be translated into the Hindi "bandaragaah" and read "बंदरगाह" in Devanagari.

Astra might be "wrong" too but Ghana almost entirely uses Latin languages. I'm unfortunately not sure which is the one she speaks. Some characters' mother tongues also use "modified" Latin alphabets but that's really splitting hairs. Would also be fun to have KAY/O be "0100101101000001010110010010111101001111" or "323218911055" for the programmer homies but he is consistent as is ofc
