I've seen alot of people on both sides who argue that one is better than the other, but neither give any reasons as to why. I would love to see everyone's opinions on this.

Riot could not have predicted the so many playstyles of players and agents
Reading discussions on here, it amazing the different mentalities there are for players, mindsets and with the game and agents in general.
A classic example is Battle Sage; Sage the first one in taking battles, healing and keeps on going....
