I have a very unstable internet connection and sometimes I just want to aim train in valorant's practice range but I can't practice effectively because I have 120-150 ping. Isn't it possible to make the practice range playable offline, like practicing with bots in DOTA or CSGO?

My game feels small after i changed my in game resolution
I had in the valorant settings on reaolution always 4:3 i wanted to change it back to 16:9 ( i habe a 16:9 monitor) and now it feels weird and small the hud looks so small and im very confused. Sry for my bad english.
