I have a very unstable internet connection and sometimes I just want to aim train in valorant's practice range but I can't practice effectively because I have 120-150 ping. Isn't it possible to make the practice range playable offline, like practicing with bots in DOTA or CSGO?

Canadian Servers for Canadian Players
I live in Alberta, Canada. I spend probably 3-4 hours playing Valorant each day. However when I get 70 pings on the nearest server and I saw people go down after a delay when I headshot them, it makes me think why Riot haven't added AT LEA...
