In CS:GO, one of the most common strats at mid elo games is to drop the spike in a safe spot so it doesn’t get lost if someone pushes onto site with it. It allows the whole team to be able to take more risky plays without the consequences of losing the spike. Why doesn’t this happen in Val? Granted, I’m lower elo in this game, so maybe it does at higher levels? But then where are the safe places to leave spike? Maybe this is just something the community hasn’t gotten to yet? It’s still a relatively new game in comparison and people are still learning the best tactics. What are your thoughts?
