My friend, who I barely play with anymore cause of this, always leaves his comp games. He leaves every time he gets tilted, or a teammate of ours gets mad at him. I haven't been playing with him, but he still does it when we're on discord. He literally hasn't gotten a cooldown for it, and he's been flexing it to me talking about how he's left like 8 games in the last week and hasn't been banned.

Why am I getting a cooldown for dodging the same map 8 times in a row but he's not getting banned for literally leaving his games?

Edit: After I told him I made this post he gave me more specifics. He’s left 3/6 of the last 6 games he played and no ban.
