Apparently my whole match got kicked from the game
we all got logged out and now we aren't able to log back in, according to my friend before getting logged out, the enemy team also got logged out.is this like a worldwide problem?

whats the most important thing to work on to get out of plat?
i was in silver at the start of last act and i got up to plat1. this act ive gotten to plat 2 so far but i feel like im hitting a bit of a wall.
my adr last act was 155 which i attribute to playing against worse players and playing duelist...
