When ever i'm warming up or just playing a dm while waiting for a friend it feels like everyone is just so much better than me, 1 tapping me before I can even shoot. I'm ascendant 2 so I like to think that I at least know how to aim a little bit but I get into a deathmatch and it feels like I play against radiants

why do people play like this?
all 4 of them were active, just walked forward to the wall (or maybe just had go forward on macro program) , yet if I left the game I'd get penalised.
