I can't play a single game without any sort of shit talking. Why does it have to be so common, I get that I can just mute them but why do people seriously feel the need to be this way

I am literally the most inconsistent player to ever exist.
One match I played I got 1 ace and 32 kills 7 deaths. Literally the next game i play i’m bottom fragging, whiffing, and getting absolutely shit on. Does anyone know why this might be?
