I'm the kind of player that votes F5 only if all hope is lost, but today, while losing 1-11 on Fracture, I thought: "what the hell, what do I have to lose? Let's F6 and mitigate our losses as much as possible" and we literally turned down the match upside down and won.
The first ff vote was at 0-4, and of course I F6d, but if it were any other day, I would've F5d at 1-11 for sure. I mean, all hope is lost, right? Turns out the craziest things happen, and even 1-11 in a high silver/low gold lobby is possible!
The enemy Sage (their top fragger) kept asking us to ff over and over and over. I muted him and focused. At around 10-11, we made the poor guy rage-quit and then won the game.
Do you guys think this was luck? I had gone through unexpected comebacks before, just not like this. What's your take on ffs?
