When they flash me it feels like some good 4-5 sec, but when I do i get insta-killed as if they weren't flashed, or they are flashed for like 2 sec I don't know what am I doing wrong

Ranked game just disconnected, we were about to win
This just happened, we were about to win our ranked game with one round left, and the whole lobby just got disconnected. Did anyone experience the same thing?
No record at all in my match history, pretty annoying
