Why is the friends menu still unbelievably broken?

Anyone else get just a little bit annoyed when you have to either restart your game or open your party just because you randomly have 3 different versions of your own account showing up over friends names in the menu?

I know this isn't a massive issue but jesus christ riot, it's been happening since the beta..

Is the Oni phantom worth it compared to other phantom skins?

I already have the Ion and Glitchpop phantoms. With these 2 great skins is it worth to also get the Oni phantom? Thanks!
