why is this game so inconsistent is it the game or us?

Hello,

I will never understand and we have all experienced this, on nearly daily basis, but why is this game so inconsistent...

We drop 30 kills then 25 kills then next two games we drop 6 & 8 kills, everyone has experienced this

  1. Is it server sided? is match making fixed? to keep everyone at a 50% winrate to keep everyone addicted?
  2. or Is it because of 3-4 hours constant play? and its an actual endurance thing where our body/brain which we needs regular breaks?

I still can't believe that letting us join practice range in queue is still not a thing.

It really should be there first priority to be able to do something in queue but still it has not been implemented and no words on how long it will take them to do it.
