Why does the game reward duelists the most

The RR system seems to care mostly about kills, I often play smokes and there is absolutely no reward for playing controllers. I may win but i get like +12 while the duelist get +25. its such a weird system

New map idea: Vents

Just had the thought: Wouldn’t it be cool to have some sort of vent system in the new map? You could press E to enter the vents in certain locations and can move around inside at crouching speed. The mini map would become dark and emphasize...
