Why am I so bad at the game?

So the title says it all. I have over 600 hours into the game and I'm still hardstuck bronze. I have over 100 hours into aimlab alone and I play three games every day. Yet I can't seem to improve. I am on an 8 game losing streak and usually get deaths of above 20. Why can't I get better?
