I am G3 currently and I consistently get teammates/enemies P1+, mostly P2. In most games there are no Golds, and today I had a game with 2 enemy Diamonds (which we won btw). It is actually harder than golds and I have to work much harder to win. I understand the concept of MMR and probably I'm stronger that Golds but then I would expect massive boosts to rank similar to what they do to smurfs. But at G3 I don't get more than +20-21 for a win. Why?
