Why am I losing my matches

Every time I play competitive I always get teammates that talk pre round and never talk in match no comm or anything I am the only one in my teams that ever gives out callouts I’m no top frag Larry I am typically a support beam either playing on controller or initiator any help would be great - yours truly gold3
