I never really played Valorant and wanted to get into it the past couple days.

But even while being still unranked I only got into Plat / Diamond Lobbies.

Are there even Gold or Silver Lobbies? How can I get ranked so high when I have like 4h game time.

It's kinda frustrating, letting down the team all the time, not understanding the calls and not knowing the maps. Am I just that bad and Plat 1 just seems as a good rank? Is that normal?
