The skin set is already lackluster in terms of no new audios, no VFX, no kill animation for being a bundle priced at 7100VP (1775VP each).
Kinda feels like they had to add the third upgrade for the sake of it to justify us spending more radianite on a meaningless and usually granted-for-free feature such as the kill banner.
Or is Riot just testing the waters on how much they can squeeze out of us from premium skins?
