Why am i losing so much RR?

In a 5 stack with all same ranks as me, never been boosted by somebody, rank last act diamond 2. Why would i lose so much rr for this game anyone know? I really find it unfun to even play comp at the moment since i know i will lose roughly 50% more for each loss even if i do well.

Anyone else experience this playing a flasher? The indicator doesn't display on agent's head until my first bullet hits him.
