They all can't be smurfing am I right? I see some of them were Plats/Diamond in previous act but lingering in the Bronze/Silver lobbies....whats up with that? Is the ranking up this act really that tough?

I am getting pre-fires, tactics and Mics on ....newbies are going to be overwhelmed at this rate.
