The past five games i have had one or more teammate afk the whole game, at worse 3. Is there a reason why people are willing to throw games at the start of an act? Plat diamond lobbies btw

Why can’t Jett use her ultimate before a round like Chamber can?
Pretty much just the title. It seems like an oversight by devs considering Jett can’t and Chamber can. Like Chamber, Jett’s ult can be put away and is not restricted by a timer.
