Last act I was plat 2, got placed in silver 3, and am seeing ex plat players, but i feel like in silver because no one is comming, like they have mics but do not talk at all what's up with that, i do not get it, what could be the reason and is anyone else getting this?

as a new player the amount of toxic people are ruining any enjoyment i’ve ever had in this game
like i can’t join a unrated game without some kid yelling at me about how i’m not top tier, i just wanna have fun not sweat balls for a half hour
