Why not add Canadian servers to valorant

I average 55ms to the California servers and 45 to Oregon. Can we spare at least 1 server in Canada so I dont constantly play against players with 20 ping? I feel there is a huge difference between 20 ping and 55 ping, is it a challenge for valorant to add a server in Canada?
