I got called multiple racial slurs and homophobic slurs for not dodging for a 4stack, and am not able to report then in game. What's up with that?

Can't understand rank increment/decrement

I was match MVP both times.
1st one I lost 13-9 and rank decreased by 30
2nd one I won with 13-7 and rank increased by 16 only.
Is it weird?
