This is such a downgrade from the previous client, RIOT! Also I am not a big fan of the console like full screen UI, it's not like RIOT has a big library of games that need to be browsed in their own full screen environment.

will breeze and bind come back
ive not played val for a long time but recently came back and was sad to find these maps were removed so i was wondering if its temporary or permanent and why remove breez and bind and not lotus and pearl as those maps actually suck

Skin Upgrade Level Inquiry
Until recently I was not aware that you can set the level of upgraded weapons to lower levels again. However I noticed you cannot select Levels 4, and 2 exclusively while ignoring Level 3, you need Levels 4, 3 & 2 all to be active.
