Im serious. I have never even considered begging for skins. When i first played cs i was obsessed with them yes but i would never deliberately ask a teammate for them, it would be too shameful. I was content just picking them up from dead enemies and be happy rotating to B on Inferno with a Redline with Astralis stickers in my hand. Same thing in Valorant, i have only bought my own skins recently and before then i never even thought of asking for them from teammates. It's just a weird thought i had, everytime i play unrated with my low elo friends i see it so often
