I understand smurfs/dcs/throwing teammates/bots are all annoying, but honestly if you're actually in the rank you should be, your win rate will be roughly 50% and as you get better at the game you will slowly climb. I see so many complaints about people being hardstuck, but I've never actually met a player at any rank that obviously deserves to be higher than their current rank. Just focus on your own gameplay (positioning, CROSSHAIR PLACEMENT(!), comms, etc; some games you'll get lucky and have amazing teammates and other games will not be so fun. It all balances out in the end and if you're genuinely improving at the game you'll rank up.
