Today I’ve played the worst comp game of my life. I encountered a guy that only bought a sherrif for the entire game and said that it was my fault, his reasoning was: "I play sherrif because you played sherrif on second round when you are supposed to play spectre". He kept saying it the whole game and he never played with us on site. We ended up losing, I’ve got the match MVP but still lost a lot of RR. He is plat 3 and I think that he should understand what is right and what is not. My question is why would someone whit his rank even do something like this? And if he doesn’t care about his rank, why does he even queue competitive?
Edit: The guy didnt say anything in the buy phase, he only complained after we lost the round. Also my teammate dropped me that sherrif from pistol round and I bought max shields and util.
Edit 2: A few poeple in the comments are saying that not buying in second round is throwing, I know that I should have bought and that I made a mistake but that is not the point of my post. My point is that the guy was willing to lose just because I screwed up one round.

When the toggle walk setting is on, the game should give an indication that tells you if you're walking/running! Here's what it *could* look like:
