Hopped into comp, picked my agent then game sent me back to the menu telling me I queue dodged. Anyone also having the problem?

My game was lagging a lot and suddenly as I was in a queue for Unrated, my screen became blank(white) . I went to desktop and returned and then after a few seconds I see the agent selection screen(below). I cannot see my other teammates....
