Why do terrible takes proliferate on this sub?

EDIT: for example look at this post https://www.reddit.com/r/VALORANT/comments/xp9bjr/tip_that_made_me_consistent/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

Op claims "Yay is a movement aimed" and "tenz is a wrist aimer". This is upvoted but makes no sense as every player uses both movement and wrist to make micro adjustments...the fuck is wrong with this subreddit lol

Its unfortunate because new players come here for advice and they're bombared with bad advice about econ, gun play, util usage and so on.

For example I saw a thread recently where it was highly upvoted that you should save round 2 if you win pistols. This is absurd and mathematically lowers your chances of winning the game.

I also saw comments saying that a stinger is a better choice than a spectre if you're pushing onto site and need to kill multiple people. However in actuality the spectre with its larger clip is superior for multi-kills than the stinger which unloads its small 20 bullet clip on a single target usually.

Not to mention the countless posts telling new players that they should use the phantom instead of the vandal because the phantom allows new players to crouch and spray...all this does is teach them bad habits and new players should be taught to burst-strafe-burst-strafe even with the phantom.

So my question is why do we let these folks get away with spreading misinformation? We need to do a better job at giving new players solid advice and calling out the fools who give awful advice.
