I hear people often say this about maps and I genuinely don’t know what makes a map that way? I know what the terms mean, but not the criteria per say. someone explain??

It's so consistently bad. What are you guys experiencing after 12 eastern? I get a lot of people who are apparently my mmr/rank but seem 2 whole tiers below me (when I spectate them) and 3 whole tiers below the enemy team's top frag(s)....
