Why does valorant not let me play and makes me quit a match then gives me a 10 minute ban?

I keep on getting Queue dodge ban because of it Can someone tell me how to fix it. Valorant makes me wait 60 seconds on the match loading screen then bans me for another 10 minutes,I'm scared that it'll increase more as it goes on.
