I never understood why Yoru's TP timer decreases in the buy phase of a round. If I mindlessly throw his tp at the beginning of round 1, it'll only be active for around 10 seconds on that round. For other rounds, you can easily lose 20 seconds on the TP if you throw it ASAP.
Perhaps this was an intentional balance change and I'm just missing the point? Or maybe this question has been asked before, and I've missed it.
Regardless, does anyone share these thoughts?
