I am asking this because every patch brings more game breaking bugs specially micro stutters which ruins snooth gameplay. And I know it's hard for Dev's to test every bug. But it's hugh time for riot to do something about these issues.

You can't get all skins in the night.market such as glitchpop RGX and other premium bundles, except the ones costing 1775 vp like prime vandal, reaver vandal etc.
