So I'm currently D3 and hard stucked and i play on 60hz monitor and i get fps around 100-120, if I buy a new monitor say 144hz or 165hz, will i get ranked up to radiant??

What would be the most OP combination of ultimates?
As the title says, what mix of ults would be the most overpowered? Personally I think breach and brim would be pretty op. Concussing an area and then killing everyone would be strong for post plant.

Yoru bug decoy spots ( icebox ). These decoys have quite a bit of health and remain there the entire round, these ones are useful on T-side for baiting flank players to shoot and reveal their locations to your team.
