The combat stim buff increases fire rate and reload speed by 15%...
So 15 + 15 = 30%
The Vandal's fire rate is 9.75 rnds/sec
9.75 × 1.3 = 12.675 rnds/sec
Imagine shooting the vandal that fast lmao
For context, the Phantom's fire rate is 11 rnds/sec and the spectre's is 13.33 rnds/sec.
