With new skins release every few weeks, will the shop rotation still locked at 4?

Basically the title, i mean i'm glad that the game is active and the skin release is fast, however with this many skins, 4 locked option for the rotating shop doesn't sound like a good idea. How long does one gonna wait to get the skin? The wait time is going to get longer and longer.

Thoughts?
