Lots of us on the Overwatch sub just hit our last straw with the cancellation of 6 years of promises just to be left with a garbage monetization system. Many of us are looking for a shooter with devs that care at all. Any tips for us switching, character suggestions, or comments about how the Valorant devs operate and treat their community?

Advice posts for Bronze/Silvers are neat, but the reality for casual ranked players is a little more difficult than that
I can read advice all day, but the reality for anyone playing a handful of rounds here and there and not 5 stacking the bronze/silver queue is that it's a bad experience many times. I played 4 games:

Valorant is not toxic as other games imo.
although I am in bronze, the teammates I get matched up with always seem kind and friendly, for example, my reyna was clearly new to the game and liked to rush the enemies with a judge and would die, but my teammates would teach him to push...
